Welding
I offer complete welding services for Stainless Steel, Sanitary Stainless, Mild Steel, Aluminum, and other exotic alloys.
Capabilities include on-site welding for most materials.
Sheet Metal Bending
Offering sheet metal forming and bending up to 4 feet of 12g mild steel or 16g stainless steel.
In house production of custom tooling for unique formed parts can be accommodated.
Production
If you have a part or component already designed. Short to medium production runs can be facilitated to include any necessary welding certifications.

3D Modeling & Design
Steel Hawk Fab provides support with design and CAD modeling, with experience creating real world parts and products. Have an idea and need help with modeling? Need input on a design for production? Steel Hawk Fab is here.

FDM prototyping & production
Using traditional fused deposition modeling; prototypes, production prints and replacement parts are possible. Most materials are supported including, ABS/ASA, PLA, PETG/PCTG, TPU, as well as the various carbon fiber impregnated variants.
Carbon Fiber Co-extrusion
In an exciting development Steel Hawk Fabrication will soon be offering 3D printed carbon fiber parts using the Carbon Fiber Co-Extrusion process.
These parts are exceptionally strong, exceeding machined 6061 aluminum in some cases.
